Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and/or online training on MERN Stack technologies
Teach core concepts of:
HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)
React.js (Hooks, Components, State Management)
Node.js & Express.js
MongoDB (CRUD operations, schema design)
Guide students in building real-time projects and capstone applications
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Mentor students for internships, projects, and placements
Stay updated with latest trends in full-stack development
Maintain training quality and academic documentation
Required Skills
Robust knowledge of MERN Stack
Proficiency in JavaScript and RESTful APIs
Experience with Git/GitHub
Understanding of MVC architecture
Valuable problem-solving and debugging skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
