Job Responsibilities:
Operate VMC machine for 2D & 3D machining work as per approved program.
Handle Mitsubishi and Mazak controllers efficiently.
Perform boring operations within specified tolerance as per program.
Ensure accurate machining of mould components for Caps & Closures.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Dial Indicator, etc.
Knowledge of Boring Bar usage and setup.
Read and understand engineering drawings clearly before machining.
Maintain required tolerance and surface finish standards.
Follow production schedule and complete jobs within timeline.
Maintain machine cleanliness and basic preventive maintenance.
Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of VMC operations.
Valuable understanding of 2D & 3D machining.
Ability to read technical drawings independently.
Knowledge of mould components for Caps & Closures preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
