Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, chat, and other online platforms.
Respond to customer messages professionally and on time.
Understand customer requirements and provide the correct information.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into potential customers.
Share company services, pricing, and other details with customers.
Maintain proper records of customer conversations and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the Sales and HR teams when required.
Handle customer complaints and forward significant issues to the concerned team.
Ensure regular follow-up with interested customers.

Requirements:
Positive communication and typing skills.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and computer applications.
Kannada and English communication preferred.
Valuable customer-handling skills.
Ability to work under targets and follow up consistently.
Freshers can also apply.
