React UI Engineer (HITL Workstation & Operations Platform)

Experience: 5+ years of experience in React/UI engineering, with a robust track record of building enterprise workflow, operations, and business process applications. Experience in healthcare operations and workflow-driven platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workstations for document review, evidence presentation, data correction, and submission workflows.
Build claim workspaces, processor queues, escalation workflows, completed-work search, and timeline views.
Develop Supervisor Workbench capabilities, including queue monitoring, workload balancing,



manual reassignment, and SLA tracking.
Create administrator interfaces for workflow configuration, routing rules, and operational controls.
Implement real-time UI updates using SSE and WebSocket technologies, integrating with Kogito workflow events.
Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance, responsive design, localization readiness, and consistent UI standards.
Integrate SSO solutions and role-based user experiences using OIDC/SAML authentication frameworks.
