Job Location: CSMI ( T1 & T2 Airport)

Key Responsibilities
Assist passengers with app downloads
Resolve passenger queries at the airport
Guide and assist passengers within the airport
Assist passengers with taxi bookings
Provide on-ground passenger support at the airport

Requirements
12th Pass & above
Freshers can apply
Positive communication skills & basic computer knowledge
Confident communication in English & Hindi
Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Shifts:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
