Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, your day involves acting as a software detective, diligently investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. You will engage in dynamic problem-solving activities, ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of critical applications. Your role requires a proactive approach to identifying system anomalies and collaborating with different teams to maintain optimal system performance and availability throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.




Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential areas of improvement.
Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle ADF.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex application issues.
Experience in debugging and troubleshooting multi-tier applications.
Familiarity with application lifecycle management and support processes.
Ability to work effectively in a cooperative team workplace and communicate technical information clearly.
Understanding of software development methodologies and best practices related to application support.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle ADF.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
