Gieegaa Automation is an industrial automation company providing PLC, HMI, VFD, servo, control panel, electrical and automation solutions to industrial customers.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Generate leads through telephone calls, online enquiries and follow-ups.
Explain company products and services to customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
Maintain customer information, call records and follow-up details.
Coordinate with the sales and technical team for quotations and customer requirements.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.




Confident and pleasant telephone conversation skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
Ability to follow up consistently and generate leads.
Basic computer knowledge, MS Office and email.
Knowledge of industrial automation products will be an added advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Willingness to learn industrial automation products.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
