Job Description – Business Development Executive

Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–2 Years

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
Identify and develop potential clients and business prospects.
Understand client requirements and present suitable products/services.
Conduct client follow-ups and maintain strong professional relationships.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and business presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.
Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
Negotiate with clients and support the closure of deals.
Maintain regular sales reports and update CRM/lead management systems.

Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
