Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Pre-Sales Executive with strong cold-calling and lead-generation skills. The candidate will be responsible for making a high volume of calls, generating leads, understanding customer requirements, and creating qualified prospects for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Make a high volume of outbound/cold calls to potential customers.
Generate and qualify leads through calls and follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
Explain project details, location, pricing, and available options.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Update lead and call details in CRM.
Achieve daily calling, lead-generation, and monthly targets.
Maintain solid customer relationships throughout the pre-sales process.

Requirements:




Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales/Telecalling/Lead Generation.
Solid experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
Comfortable making a high number of calls daily.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a quick-paced sales environment.
Experience with CRM and lead management will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
