We are hiring a passionate Academic Counsellor to guide students and parents in planning their study abroad journey. The role involves counselling, lead handling, and converting enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents on overseas education prospects
Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses/countries
Handle incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
Follow up and convert leads into admissions
Maintain proper records and update CRM
Coordinate with admission and documentation teams

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English & Malayalam
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM)
Robust interpersonal and convincing skills
Freshers can apply (training provided)
Experience in counselling/sales is an added advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Friendly, patient, and student-focused approach
Comfortable interacting with students and parents
Immediate joiners preferred

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Work Location: Kochi
