Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced F&B; Supervisor to supervise and coordinate daily Food & Beverage operations in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day F&B; service operations.
Manage and coordinate F&B; service staff.
Ensure timely and accurate patient food service.
Monitor patient room-service activities and food distribution.
Coordinate with kitchen, production and other departments.
Check food orders, room numbers and service requirements.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming and discipline.
Train and guide F&B; team members.
Handle operational issues and ensure smooth service.
Maintain operational reports and records.
Ensure high standards of patient and customer service.
Support management in achieving smooth and productive F&B; operations.

Requirements




Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B; operations.
Hospital, hotel or institutional food-service experience will be an advantage.
Strong team-management and communication skills.
Good knowledge of F&B; operations.
Ability to manage staff and daily operational requirements.
Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
Willingness to work in rotational day and night shifts.

Salary

₹22,000 CTC per month

Salary may vary based on experience, skills and suitability.
