We are looking for a confident and target-oriented International Banking Sales Officer to handle international customers and promote banking and financial products. The candidate will be responsible for identifying customer requirements, explaining suitable products, generating sales, and maintaining robust customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Contact international customers through outbound calls and other communication channels.
Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable banking products.
Promote banking and financial products such as accounts, cards, loans, and other relevant services.
Explain product features, eligibility, charges, terms, and benefits clearly.
Generate leads and convert prospective customers into successful sales.
Follow up with customers and ensure timely completion of the sales process.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, verification, and application processing.
Maintain regular follow-ups on customer applications.




Ensure all sales activities comply with banking policies, KYC requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.
Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports.

Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in international banking sales, financial services, BPO/KPO, telesales, or customer service preferred.
International calling experience will be an added advantage.
Comfortable working in international/night shifts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
