We are looking for an experienced Works Manager with 10–15 years of experience in an automobile workshop. The candidate should have solid technical knowledge and experience managing high-volume workshops handling around 1,000 vehicles per month.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall workshop operations and daily workflow.
Lead and supervise workshop teams effectively.
Ensure smooth handling of high-volume vehicle servicing and repairs.
Monitor technical quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Salary & Advantages:
Up to ₹45,000/month + CUG SIM + Incentives + Other Advantages.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
