We are looking for an experienced Body Shop Manager to lead and manage the Body Shop operations at our Mahindra Authorized Service Centre.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily Body Shop operations and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
Supervise technicians and allocate repair jobs efficiently.
Monitor body repair quality, painting, and customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly revenue and productivity targets.
Coordinate with Insurance Surveyors and Parts Department.
Ensure adherence to Mahindra service standards and safety procedures.
Prepare daily and monthly performance reports.
Eligibility
Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical / Automobile) preferred.
3–8 years of experience in an Automobile Body Shop.
Robust leadership, customer handling, and team management skills.
Salary
As per company norms with performance-based incentives.
