key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end procurement of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and maintenance spares.
Procure services, consumables, tools, safety items, and other non-raw-material requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and service providers.
Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, negotiate prices, and finalize commercial terms.
Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Stores, Production, Finance, and other departments for procurement requirements.
Negotiate payment terms, credit periods, freight, warranty, and other commercial conditions.
Monitor purchase costs and identify cost-saving prospects.
Maintain proper purchase records, vendor documentation, and MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with company purchase policies and approval procedures.
