Junior Sales Manager – Popular Hyundai

Job Responsibilities:
Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.
Lead and guide Sales Consultants to improve their performance and conversions.
Monitor daily enquiries, follow-ups, bookings, and retail sales.
Ensure proper allocation and timely follow-up of leads.
Assist Sales Consultants in customer handling, negotiations, and closing deals.
Monitor individual and team sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Exchange, and Service teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
Ensure accurate and timely updates in CRM/DMS.
Handle customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Support team training, product knowledge, and sales process improvement.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management on team performance.

Candidate Profile:




Degree/Diploma preferred.
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in automobile sales.
Previous team-handling or supervisory experience will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Robust leadership and decision-making abilities.
Target-oriented and result-driven.
Positive knowledge of automobile products, finance, insurance, and exchange processes.
