About the Role:

We’re looking for a sharp, expressive, and proactive Brand Communication Manager, connecting customers, collaborators, and creative teams with clarity and warmth. This person will manage everything from customer communication and PR to pop-up collaborations and cross-brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer & Store Relations
Manage customer queries, store queries, and brand emails with impeccable communication and empathy.
Oversee all customer relates interactions to ensure high customer satisfaction and brand consistency.
Handle abandoned cart and re-engagement campaigns like WA + NLs via CRM tool to convert leads & orders for customers.
Collaborations & Growth
Identify and onboard 3 current stores,5 pop-ups,



and 2 brand collaborations across India and globally on a monthly basis.
Initiate and execute cross-branding collaborations with like-minded labels for mutual visibility.
Work closely with the social media team to align campaign messaging and outcomes.
PR & Community
Plan and execute at least 2 PR collaborations per month, including influencer tie-ups and editorial features.
Coordinate with the merchandiser to ensure timely dispatch of, Customer Orders , PR samples and collaboration kits.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
