Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, positive sourcing abilities, and hands-on experience in candidate screening and coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment and hiring process.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate salaries and assist with offer rollouts.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Coordinate candidate joining and onboarding formalities.
Maintain recruitment reports and MIS.




Handle multiple job openings and priorities simultaneously.

Required Skills
Strong Recruitment & Hiring skills.
Good knowledge of candidate sourcing and screening.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand Job Descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Profile
1–3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR.
Experience in bulk hiring or recruitment consultancy will be an added advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication and robust interest in recruitment may also be considered.

Interviews scheduled.
Selection and offer conversion.
Joining ratio.
Hiring TAT.

Achievement of recruitment targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
