Role Overview
The Electrical Design Engineer will be responsible for assisting in the design, calculation, drafting, and coordination of Electrical and ELV systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The engineer will support senior engineers, prepare technical documentation, ensure compliance with standards, and coordinate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
Design & Engineering
Prepare detailed design calculations for Electrical & ELV systems.
Develop load calculations
Selection of equipment, cables, breakers,etc
Prepare schematic diagrams and engineering layouts.
and technical submittals.
Review shop drawings and coordinate with architects/structural teams.
Update drawings as per design changes and site requirements.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of MEP systems and engineering principles.
Valuable knowledge of codes and standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to read technical drawings.
Basic knowledge of Revit MEP
Good communication & documentation skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and multitask.
