WE’RE HIRING | SMO & SEO EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

SEO:
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
Handle on-page and off-page SEO activities.
Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
Build and manage quality backlinks through ethical SEO practices.
Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and website performance.
Identify SEO issues and coordinate with the development/content team for improvements.
Prepare regular SEO performance reports using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

SMO:
Develop and implement social media optimization strategies.
Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Plan and schedule engaging social media content.
Research trending topics, hashtags, keywords, and competitor activities.
Improve organic reach, engagement, followers,



and brand visibility.
Monitor social media insights and prepare performance reports.
Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithms, and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements:
2–3 years of relevant experience in SEO and SMO.
Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO fundamentals.
Valuable knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
Robust understanding of social media platforms and optimization techniques.
Positive analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Knowledge of current SEO and social media trends is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
