About the Role

Career Sarvguru is looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Telecaller to join our team in Rohini Sector 9. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students/customers, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information, and generating quality leads for the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and customers from provided leads.
Explain Career Sarvguru's courses, services, and career-related offerings.
Understand the requirements and interests of prospective students.
Generate and qualify leads through effective telephonic communication.
Follow up with interested candidates regularly.
Schedule counselling sessions or appointments with interested students.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.




Handle customer/student queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team for further follow-up.
Maintain a positive and qualified relationship with prospective students.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, education counselling, or a similar role.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to maintain proper follow-ups and records.
Candidates with experience in the education/ed-tech sector will be preferred.
