Job Summary:
We are seeking strategic and high-performing Junior and Senior Business Development Executives and Managers to lead our sales growth and distribution network. Based in Trichy, you will oversee market penetration strategy, manage executive teams, and build high-value partnerships across five key districts. If you have a proven track record in the lubricant or automotive distribution sector, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share for our Automobile and Industrial lubricant portfolios.
Territory & Distribution Management: Oversee operations, dealer networks, and primary/secondary sales targets across Trichy, Ariyalur, Perambalur, Pudukottai, and Thanjavur.
Team Leadership (For Senior level): Mentor, guide, and monitor the performance of frontline Business Development Executives to ensure collective target achievement.
Key Account Management: Directly handle large-scale industrial clients, major workshops, and key wholesale distributors.
Supply Chain Coordination:



Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless product availability and timely delivery across districts.
Financial Discipline: Monitor credit limits, optimize collection cycles, and ensure healthy cash flow across all accounts.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: 3–5 years for Junior BDM | 6+ years for Senior BDM (Proven track record in Lubricants, Tyres, Auto Components, or Industrial distribution channels is mandatory).
Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or Engineering. An MBA in Sales/Marketing is highly desirable.
Skills: Exceptional leadership, channel management, B2B negotiation, and analytical skills.
Language: Fluent in Tamil and English.
Travel: Willingness to travel frequently across the five assigned districts for client relations and market audits.
