Roles & Responsibilities:
Type and prepare medical reports, case summaries, discharge summaries, and prescriptions.
Accurately transcribe dictated medical notes into hospital records.
Maintain patient records in a timely and organized manner.
Ensure accuracy in spelling, grammar, and medical terms.
Handle sensitive patient information with strict confidentiality.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for documentation needs.
Assist in digitalizing medical records and data entry.
Requirements:
Proven typing skills with speed and accuracy (minimum 40–50 wpm).
Prior experience as a Medical Typist or similar role preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office or hospital management software.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
