Job Summary

TransJet Cargo Pvt. Ltd. (Asia) is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager with strong US Accounting experience to join our team in Noida Sector 62.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, US Accounting, collections, reconciliations, invoicing, payment follow-ups, and customer account management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations.
Handle US Accounting processes, collections, and account reconciliations.
Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on pending payments.
Manage customer accounts and resolve billing/payment discrepancies.
Prepare and review AR aging reports and other financial reports.
Coordinate with internal teams and customers regarding invoices and payments.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of accounts receivable transactions.




Monitor collection targets and follow up on overdue accounts.
Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.

Requirements
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in US Accounting.
Strong experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Collections, and Reconciliation.
Positive understanding of US accounting processes and practices.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a US Shift.
Candidates from Noida / Greater Noida / Delhi NCR will be preferred.
