Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes according to job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening calls.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily reports.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist with onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
Post job openings across different recruitment platforms.
Coordinate with the HR team for various hiring requirements.
Support other HR and administrative activities as required.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
