Manage the hotel's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, and other relevant platforms.
Create and publish engaging content related to rooms, restaurants, café, banquets, events, festivals, and special offers.
Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
Coordinate photography and videography for hotel promotions, food, events, and guest experiences.
Create reels, posts, stories, promotional videos, and other digital content.
Monitor social media comments, messages, enquiries, and respond professionally and promptly.
Promote special offers, festival campaigns, packages, and hotel events through social media.
Monitor competitors and identify current trends and marketing prospects.
Track social media performance, reach, engagement, followers, enquiries,



and conversions.
Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
Coordinate with the F&B;, Front Office, Housekeeping, Banquet, and Sales teams to collect promotional content.
Support paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta when required.
Ensure all online content follows the hotel's brand standards and qualified image.
Encourage and support positive Google reviews and online reputation management.
Stay updated with current social media trends, algorithms, and content formats.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
