Experience: 5–10 years in real estate / construction projects
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate architectural activities for high-rise residential projects.
Review architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction details.
Coordinate with consultants, structural, MEP, and site execution teams.
Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Monitor site progress and resolve architectural/technical issues.
Review and approve material samples and mock-ups as required.
Coordinate with contractors and consultants for smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with project standards, quality requirements, and applicable building norms.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in real estate / high-rise residential projects preferred.
Solid knowledge of architectural drawings, detailing, and site execution.
Positive coordination and communication skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/SketchUp will be an advantage.
Candidates with a diploma/polytechnic in architecture will be preferred.
Solid site management and problem-solving abilities.
