Store Manager – Nail Story (Acropolis Mall)

Role Overview:

Nail Story is hiring an energetic, customer-centric Store Manager to lead our high-footfall outlet at Acropolis Mall. This role is built for a seasoned salon operations qualified who excels in quick-paced retail mall dynamics, client turnaround, walk-in conversions, and premium nail art/lash styling services.

Key Responsibilities:
Floor & Walk-In Management: Drive floor operations, efficiently manage mall walk-ins alongside pre-booked appointments, and minimize client wait times without compromising service luxury.
Team Supervision: Lead, roster, and mentor nail technicians, lash artists, and front-desk staff; track technician productivity and ensure uniform styling standards.
Revenue & Add-On Sales: Achieve monthly revenue targets by implementing active upselling (gel extensions, nail art tiers, retail aftercare products, and seasonal packages).
Inventory Control: Monitor backbar consumables (gels, acrylics, tips, sanitizers)



and retail merchandise; perform weekly stock audits to avoid shortages or shrinkage.
Client Retention & Issue Resolution: Maintain exceptional client satisfaction, address client complaints immediately on the floor, and drive Google reviews.

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of operational/floor management experience strictly within a salon, nail studio, or premium beauty bar.
Robust understanding of nail salon service menus, timing allocations, and hygiene protocols.
Proven ability to thrive in a high-footfall mall retail schedule (including evening shifts, weekends, and public holidays).
Proficiency in salon POS billing, appointment scheduling software, and daily cash reconciliation.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
