We are looking for an experienced PreSales Executive with a robust background in the Shipping, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain industry. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable software solutions, supporting the sales team, and effectively communicating the value of our logistics technology solutions to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities
Understand customer business requirements and identify suitable software solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and other presales documentation.
Work closely with the Sales and Product teams to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Explain software features, workflows,



benefits, and ROI to customers.
Participate in client meetings, requirement discussions, and solution presentations.
Coordinate with technical and product teams to address customer queries.
Assist the sales team throughout the lead-to-conversion process.

Required Skills
2–3 years of relevant experience in Shipping, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
Good understanding of shipping and logistics operations.
Solid knowledge of freight forwarding, shipping documentation, cargo operations, supply chain processes, or related area.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in B Com/BBA / logistics

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
