With help of project architects, determine the scope of a project, required items of the estimate, as well as the costs associated with the project.
Review preliminary data and deliverables such as project specifications and drawings.
Work out estimates based on Government Schedule of Rates and CPWD's Delhi Schedule of Rates as well as market rates.
Get accurate market rates from various vendors.
Prepare Tender document along with project specifications.
Evaluate Tender documents.
Visit site occasionally and verify contractor's work and bills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
