Business Development Executive (BDE) – School Partnerships

Locations: Noida & Bangalore

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: Prior experience working with schools is mandatory

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with robust school-level connections and experience in developing partnerships with schools. The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving business growth through school collaborations.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust relationships with schools, principals, management, coordinators, and decision-makers.
Leverage existing school connections and networks to generate business opportunities.
Identify and approach potential schools for partnerships, programs, workshops, training, and other initiatives.
Conduct meetings and presentations with school management and key stakeholders.




Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to closure and partnership execution.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of school programs.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential school partners.
Track leads, meetings, partnerships, and business development activities.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience working with schools is mandatory.
Solid and established school connections/network.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to independently generate leads and convert opportunities.
Willingness to travel for school visits and meetings.
Candidates with experience in school partnerships, education sales, EdTech, training, or institutional business development will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
