Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and motivated HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations at our manufacturing facility in Bavla, Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR administration, employee coordination, attendance, recruitment support, payroll inputs, and basic statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage employee attendance and leave records
Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation
Handle joining and onboarding formalities
Coordinate recruitment activities and interview schedules
Maintain employee data and HR records
Provide attendance and other inputs for payroll processing
Support PF, ESIC and other statutory compliance activities
Coordinate with employees and different departments
Prepare and maintain HR reports and MIS
Handle employee queries and basic grievance-related matters
Support day-to-day HR administration and workforce management




Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company policies
Perform other HR-related activities as assigned by management

Candidate Requirements
2–3 years of relevant HR experience
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Commerce or related field
Good knowledge of HR administration and employee handling
Basic knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance
Good communication and coordination skills
Solid follow-up and problem-solving ability
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment will be an advantage
