We are looking for an experienced and responsible Melting Supervisor to supervise daily melting operations and ensure smooth production activities.

The candidate will be responsible for managing manpower, monitoring the melting process, maintaining production quality and achieving daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily melting and production operations.
Monitor the melting process and ensure proper procedures are followed.
Manage and coordinate workers on the production floor.
Allocate manpower according to production requirements.
Monitor raw materials and production requirements.
Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
Identify and resolve production-related issues.




Coordinate with production and management teams.

Required Skills:
Relevant experience in melting / manufacturing operations.
Good knowledge of melting and production processes.
Robust manpower handling and team supervision skills.
Positive understanding of production quality and safety procedures.
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
