Education
Company Secretary (CS) qualification is mandatory.
Experience
4–6 years of relevant experience in IPOs, merchant banking, capital markets, or secretarial compliance.
Robust knowledge and hands-on expertise in SEBI regulations, ICDR, LODR, and capital market transactions.
Proven experience in managing end-to-end IPO processes, stakeholder management, and regulatory interactions.
Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams, processes, and large-scale projects.
Robust understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and statutory requirements.
Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
