Heebee Coffee is looking for a responsible, energetic, and customer-focused Shift Supervisor to lead our café team and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support the café team during shifts.
Ensure excellent customer service and product quality.
Manage opening/closing, cash handling, and daily operations.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and café standards.
Monitor inventory, wastage, and stock requirements.
Handle customer concerns professionally.
Train and motivate team members.
Help achieve daily sales and operational targets.

Requirements
1–3 years of café, restaurant, hospitality, or retail experience preferred.
Previous supervisory/team-lead experience is a plus.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a quick-paced environment.
Versatile to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
