As an International Executive at Fenwick and Ravi, you play a key role in promoting the company’s products globally, managing dealer relationships, coordinating sales activities, and supporting the execution of international marketing strategies. Your contributions ensure the company’s robust global presence, generate qualified leads, and build long-term customer and dealer engagement. Duties involve:

Key Responsibilities:
International Sales Support
Act as a primary liaison with overseas dealers and distributors
Coordinate and follow up on product inquiries, quotations, and order processing.
Track shipments and handle documentation
Provide support in exhibitions and trade shows (e.g., EMO, AMB, IMTEX, JIMTOF).
Maintain CRM records and ensure timely communication with leads and partners.
Dealer & Customer Relationship Management




Assist in onboarding new international dealers and introducing them to the full product range (e.g., steady rests, zero-point systems, milling heads).
Handle customer escalations related to orders.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical queries or dispatch delays.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with management.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
