Experience: 2–5 years of experience operating JCB/backhoe loader, preferably at an RMC, construction, or batching plant.
Operate JCB safely and efficiently for material handling, loading/unloading, aggregate shifting and yard work.
Experience in handling sand, aggregate, stone and other construction materials.
Perform daily machine inspection and basic maintenance.
Check fuel, engine oil, hydraulic oil, tyres and other essential components.
Report any machine faults or breakdowns to the maintenance team.
Maintain proper housekeeping of the plant and material yard.
Follow all safety rules and company procedures.
Should be physically fit, responsible and punctual.
Valid JCB/heavy vehicle operator licence preferred, as applicable.
Willing to work overtime and shifts when required.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
