Key Responsibilities
Handle and process Jewellery Insurance Claims from registration to settlement.
Coordinate and conduct meetings with insurance companies and surveyors regarding claims.
Build and maintain strong qualified relationships with insurance companies and surveyors.
Follow up tactfully with insurance companies, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure claims progress smoothly.
Ensure required work and documentation is completed tactfully and efficiently while maintaining professional relationships.
Coordinate with clients and provide explicit updates regarding claim status, requirements, and documentation.
Handle client queries professionally and maintain valuable communication and rapport with clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
