Qualification: BE/B.Tech/B.Arch in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil
Experience: 6+ Years total experience with 4+ years in BIM Management
Industry: Engineering Consultancy – Civil, Structural, MEP or Multi-Disciplinary

Job Responsibilities:

Lead digital engineering delivery, BIM implementation and technology adoption across multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
Establish, maintain and enforce corporate Revit templates, BIM manuals and workflows aligned with ISO standards.
Lead clash detection, model coordination and design review sessions using Navisworks.
Monitor model performance, structural integrity, optimization and storage management across active project files.
Drive efficiency through parametric modelling, scripting and add-on development using Dynamo and Python.




Identify technical skill gaps and conduct structured Revit coaching and training.
Mentor Senior BIM Coordinators and BIM Modelers.
Ensure smooth integration across Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing engineering packages.
Manage BIM standards, governance and technical quality across projects.

Core Requirements:

Expert-level Revit proficiency is mandatory.

Candidates must have 6+ years of total experience, including 4+ years in a dedicated BIM Management role within an engineering consultancy.
