Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to develop current customers and generate sales for our industrial and engineering products, including laser machine spare parts, laser cutting/marking/welding consumables and related industrial components.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
Generate leads through field visits, phone calls, WhatsApp, email and online platforms.
Visit industries, factories, fabricators and engineering companies.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Prepare and send quotations to customers.
Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into orders.
Maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
Coordinate with Purchase, Service, Stores and Accounts teams.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer and sales enquiry records.




Collect market information regarding competitors, pricing and products.
Follow up for payment and order completion.
Travel locally and to customer locations when required.

Preferred Candidate
Any Degree / Diploma.
1–3 years of experience in B2B / Industrial / Engineering Sales preferred.
Experience in laser machines, CNC, automation, SPM, fabrication or industrial machinery will be an advantage.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email and WhatsApp.
Should be confident in customer handling and field sales.
Should have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence if required for field visits.
Target-oriented and willing to travel.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Incentives: Performance-based sales incentives can be provided.
