Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Automation Trainer to deliver practical and industry-oriented training in automation technologies. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on knowledge and the ability to explain technical concepts effectively to students and working professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct theory and practical training on Industrial Automation.
Provide hands-on training in PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD/Drives, and control systems.
Develop training materials, practical exercises, assignments, and projects.
Guide trainees in real-time industrial automation projects.
Troubleshoot technical issues during practical sessions.
Conduct assessments and evaluate trainee performance.
Explain automation concepts in a easy and effective manner.
Stay updated with the latest industrial automation technologies and industry trends.
Support trainees with project development and technical guidance.
Maintain training quality and ensure effective learning outcomes.

Required Technical Skills
PLC Programming – Siemens / Allen-Bradley / Mitsubishi / Delta or equivalent
SCADA
HMI
VFD / Drives




Industrial Sensors & Actuators
Control Panels & Industrial Control Systems
Basic knowledge of Industrial Networking and Communication Protocols
Basic knowledge of DCS/BMS will be an added advantage

Candidate Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Industrial Automation, training, commissioning, maintenance, or related industry.
Strong practical knowledge of automation systems.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to conduct hands-on, project-based training.
Candidates with prior Industrial Automation training experience will be preferred.
