Location: Gurugram, Haryana
We are looking for a Computer Operator / Data Entry Operator to handle day-to-day computer, data entry and office support activities.
Freshers with good computer knowledge and MS Excel skills are welcome to apply.
Job Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry in Excel and company software.
Maintain customer, product, sales and order records.
Update product and inventory-related information.
Enter sales and purchase data.
Prepare and update Excel sheets and basic reports.
Verify data and correct errors when required.
Maintain digital and physical records.
Handle printing, scanning and document filing.
Assist the Accounts and Sales teams with data-related work.
Perform basic computer and office administrative tasks.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company information.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Basic knowledge of MS Word and Email.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Positive computer and internet skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
Ability to organize and maintain records.
Willingness to learn new software and processes.
Qualification
12th Pass / Graduate.
Candidates with a Bachelor's degree are preferred.
Freshers can apply.
Previous experience in Data Entry, Back Office or Computer Operator roles will be an advantage.
