Key Responsibilities
Develop interior concepts, layouts, and space plans.
Prepare floor plans, furniture layouts, elevations, and detailed drawings.
Create and modify AutoCAD/CAD drawings as required.
Prepare basic 3D designs, views, and presentations where required.
Take site measurements and convert them into accurate drawings.
Coordinate with management, contractors, and vendors to ensure designs are practical and achievable.
Suggest suitable materials, finishes, furniture, and interior solutions.
Revise drawings and layouts based on project requirements.
Ensure drawings are accurate and completed within project timelines.
Requirements
Experience in Interior Design, Space Planning, and Drafting.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant design software.
Ability to prepare accurate layouts and technical drawings.
Valuable understanding of materials, measurements, and interior execution.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
