Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Brand Growth Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google, LinkedIn).

Develop monthly content calendars and manage consistent posting schedules. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) for lead generation.

Track and analyze campaign performance — impressions, engagement, leads, ROI — and prepare weekly/monthly reports. Improve website visibility through SEO, local SEO (Google My Business), and keyword optimization.

Implement strategies to grow followers, engagement rate, and reach organically. Identify current real estate marketing trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with the sales and operations team to align campaigns with property listings, promotions, and seasonal demand. Manage and respond to social media queries, DMs, and comments to maintain active engagement.

Build partnerships and collaborations with influencers or local pages to increase reach. Coordinate photography and videography for properties and team activities when required.

Pay: ₹25,232.89 - ₹34,076.20 per month
