Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.E. – Mechanical / CNC / Production
Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC Lathe and VMC machines as per production requirements.
Perform machine setting, tool loading and offset adjustments.
Read and understand engineering drawings and dimensions.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer and Gauges.
Monitor machining quality and achieve production targets.
Perform basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance.
Follow safety procedures, 5S and shop-floor standards.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience in CNC/VMC machine operations.
Knowledge of tools, offsets and basic CNC programming.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality inspection.
Positive mechanical skills and willingness to work in a production environment.
