We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good judgment, and the ability to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.

Responsibilities :
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial screening calls and interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate and discuss job offers with selected candidates.
Assist with the onboarding process for new employees.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.
Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring progress.




Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills :
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
Ability to screen resumes and identify suitable candidates.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and recruitment/job portals.
Valuable negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
