Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and purchased parts as per approved specifications.
Verify material certificates, inspection reports, and supplier documents.
Perform dimensional, visual, and functional inspection using appropriate measuring instruments.
Ensure incoming inspection is carried out according to the Incoming Quality Control (IQC) plan.
Identify and segregate Accepted, Rejected, and Hold materials.
Prepare and maintain incoming inspection reports and quality records.
Raise Supplier Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for defective or non-conforming materials.
Coordinate with suppliers for corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor supplier quality performance and prepare supplier quality reports.
Conduct inspection of plastic raw materials, moulded components, packaging materials, and other purchased items.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
