Job Summary

We are looking for a Firmware Developer with hands-on experience in embedded systems and IoT products. The candidate will be responsible for developing, debugging, testing, and integrating firmware for connected devices.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain embedded firmware for IoT and home automation products.
Work with ESP32, ESP-IDF and FreeRTOS.
Develop firmware using Embedded C/C++.
Implement and debug communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I²C and GPIO.
Work with wireless technologies including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth/BLE and Thread.
Implement and maintain OTA firmware updates with appropriate security measures.
Integrate firmware with sensors, peripherals and hardware components.
Perform hardware-software integration, debugging and troubleshooting.




Participate in prototype bring-up, testing and validation of embedded products.
Collaborate with hardware and software teams to develop reliable production-ready products.

Required Skills
2+ years of hands-on experience in embedded firmware development.
Solid knowledge of Embedded C/C++.
Hands-on experience with ESP32 and ESP-IDF.
Good understanding of FreeRTOS.
Experience with Wi-Fi, BLE/Bluetooth and IoT communication.
Good knowledge of UART, SPI, I²C and GPIO.
Experience in firmware debugging and hardware-software integration.
Understanding of OTA updates and embedded system security.
Valuable problem-solving and debugging skills.

Positive to Have
Experience with Thread / Matter.
MQTT or other IoT communication protocols.
Experience with bootloaders and OTA/FOTA.
Experience working on home automation, smart devices or IoT products.
Knowledge of Git and embedded debugging tools.
