Job Summary

Bell Jumbo Restaurant is looking for an experienced F&B; Manager to manage the complete restaurant operations, including a 300-cover restaurant floor, service team, and kitchen coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in restaurant operations, team management, cost control, guest handling, and maintaining service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the restaurant floor and lead the service team, captains, and kitchen coordination.
Prepare staff rosters, manage attendance, and ensure adequate manpower during peak hours.
Maintain high service standards and ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Monitor and control food, beverage, and consumable costs.
Manage stock receiving, storage, inventory, and wastage control.
Review daily sales, customer covers, billing, and cashier reports.
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Coordinate with the kitchen team regarding menu items, specials, product availability, and service requirements.
Manage table bookings, group bookings, bulk orders, and events.




Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
Train and guide staff to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly operational reports to management.

Requirements
5–7 years of experience in Restaurant Operations / F&B; Operations.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Supervisor / F&B; Manager / Restaurant Manager role.
Experience handling a high-volume restaurant is preferred.
Valuable knowledge of food costing, beverage costing, inventory, and stock control.
Comfortable using POS systems and MS Excel.
Positive communication skills in Tamil and English.
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management is preferred.
