Position: BIM Modeler
Experience: 1–2 Years
Location: Thalappara, Malappuram
Employment: Full time
Responsibilities
Develop accurate 3D BIM models based on architectural & structural drawings
Prepare and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
Create plans, sections, elevations & detailed drawings from BIM models
Coordinate architectural, structural & MEP models
Identify and resolve clashes and design conflicts
Assist in quantity take-off and BOQ preparation
Maintain BIM standards, accuracy and documentation
Required Skills
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
Knowledge of AutoCAD
Understanding of architectural & structural construction details
Knowledge of BIM coordination & clash detection
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Valuable attention to detail and time management
Preferred: Experience in residential / commercial building projects.
